  2. Receive Authorization: Wait for our customer service team to provide you with a Return Authorization number and return instructions.
  3. Package the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided with your RA number clearly marked on the outside.
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
